Our products are exempt from being returned as they are personal care product items.  

Should you experience any issues with your purchases, please contact us via email at elaionnaturals@gmail.com.

Have the following information available:
- Your receipt or proof of purchase (or if a gift, tell us that as well)
- Your Product batch number -- printed on your product container - (found on the bottom or side).  

We will respond promptly and aim to rectify any issues you may have.
